What is a Newsletter? When you sign up for a newsletter, you will receive periodic emails from us when we have updated our site with new jewelry or when we are offering special deals online for subscribers only. We keep all email addresses confidential and strictly for our use. Like you, we hate spam too! And our updates come about once every 3-4 weeks. When ever you wish to be removed from the newsletter list, drop us an email stating so and we will remove you promptly.

Who should register? Retailers who are interested in carrying Sosi B. Jewelry in their venues should register to receive access to wholesale prices.

What are the benefits of registering? Besides access to wholesale prices, you will be the first to know when Sosi B./Solid Silver has added new syles to our line. You will also receive special promotions like free shipping which we only offer to registered customers.

What is a Reseller ID? The Reseller ID is also called your Resale Number, which allows you to buy merchandise tax-free for reselling.

What if I don't have a Resale Number but I am a retailer? Can I still register? We realize retailers from certain US states and non-US retailers may not have a Resale Number. You may submit instead your federal tax ID number, or an equivalent proof that you are a retailer.

I have submitted my registration form. Why can't I access wholesale prices right away? We need to process your registration first. This usually takes one business day to verify your information. We will inform you by email when you can access the site using your User ID and password. To expedite the process please send any links to Yellow Page listings, website, or other proof of reseller status which apply along with your registration. Thank you for your patience.

Why can't I buy just one or two items with wholesale prices? For wholesale orders, we have a minimum purchase policy.

What are the measurements of the jewelry? All items are sterling silver 925. All necklaces are 16" plus a 2" extension chain unless otherwise stated in the description. All earrings are on fishhooks although leverbacks can be substituted at the buyer's request. Please contact us for details.

How do I care for my sterling silver jewelry? It is natural for sterling silver jewelry to tarnish and oxidize. Daily wear will keep the jewelry from tarnishing. When you are not wearing your silver jewelry, the best way to store your jewelry is in sealed, air-tight plastic bags. We recommend snack or sandwich bags. Give your jewelry a good cleaning about once or twice a year with a silver cleaning solution or cleaning cloth. Do not leave your jewelry in the solution more than 3-5 seconds. Be sure to follow all directions on the bottle carefully. If you leave your silver jewelry in the cleaner solution too long the silver will turn any shade from yellow to black.
